Tom
Johnson
is the artistic director of the Brody Theater, and director of the
school. Prior to founding the Brody in 1996, Tom worked with RV,
the troupe that first brought longform improv to Kansas City's Lighten
Up Festival. He was also one of the Doctors Of Improv, and in years
past trained at Chicago's Improv Olympic. An actor, director, comedian
and improvisor since 1981, Tom has been teaching improv for nine
years, and has directed 10 Brody shows. |

Brian
Peebles Kameoka
joined the Brody in 1997 after a stint with Seattle's Northwest
Asian American Theatre. He has improvised over the last eight years
with RV, with Seattle's famed Slot Box Opera, 11:07, and has taught
theater for Seattle Public Schools' Afterschool Arts Program. Brian
Directed Iterati and It's Your Wonderful Life at the
Brody, where he is also Production Manager and a performer in the
resident company. |
